Delivery Policy

Shipping is free (USPS Ground-Most orders will be delivered within 7-12 business days) with an order of $49 and more before tax.

To initiate your return, please contact us at: info@naturabella.ad, with your proof of purchase and we will send you further instructions on how to proceed. Please note that all promotional products, including free samples and gift with purchases, must be returned.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, usually within 30 business days.
